Within the scope of the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance 2014-2020 period (IPA II), a total of 23 projects were programmed under the Civil Society sector in the 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2020 programming periods.

The Directorate for EU Affairs, which acts as the leading institution, carried out the programming and monitoring of the projects in the field in question. In addition to the projects of which the Directorate for EU Affairs is the beneficiary in the Civil Society sub-sector, there are also projects of different institutions and organizations such as the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Family and Social Services, and Yunus Emre Institute.
