Human Rights for Children Film Workshop is at Diyarbakır

Workshops which are organized under “Empowering Vulnerable Children Through Human Rights & Film” Project carried out by Başak Kültür ve Sanat Vakfı continue with full speed.

The project aims to increase vulnerable children’s awareness of human rights and knowledge of film-making and to improve their skills. Through project’s activities, while children are supported to express themselves better, CSOs are also contributed to increase their institutional capacities to reach out to these children and support them legally, socially, culturally and educationally.

Human rights and film workshops are organized for children aged 14-18 who are affected by migration and who don’t have access to social, cultural, artistic and educational activities in 14 cities including Van, Manisa, , İzmir, Denizli, Hatay, Adana, Mersin, Tunceli, Bitlis, Erzurum, Batman, Ordu, Düzce and  İstanbul; and Amsterdam.

12th of these workshops is meeting with children who live in Diyarbakır Fidanlık Camp. Support to Life is supporting the program.
