PACE Projesi Hibe Teklif Çağrısı Kapsamında Hibe Desteğinden Faydalanmaya Hak Kazanan İlk Grup Projeler Belirlendi

Depremden Etkilenen Bölgelerde Yerel Kamu Hizmetleri için Katılımcı, Kapsayıcı ve Yeşil İyileştirme Projesi’nin (PACE) 6 Şubat depremlerinden etkilenen 11 ilde yerel iyileşmeyi ve uzun vadeli dayanıklılığı desteklemek amacıyla yayımladığı Hibe Teklif Çağrısı kapsamında hibe desteğinden faydalanmaya hak kazanan ilk grup projeler 22 Ekim 2026 tarihinde belirlendi.
Hibe Programı, depremlerinden etkilenen bölgelerde yerel kamu hizmetlerini güçlendirecek ve tamamlayacak çalışmaların hayata geçirilmesini amaçlıyor. Sivil toplum ve iş dünyası destek kuruluşları, uygulayacakları projelerle depremden etkilenen toplulukların ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak, yerel kamu hizmetlerini tamamlayıcı çalışmalar yürütmek ve kırılgan grupların hizmetlere erişimini iyileştirmek üzere yerel yönetimlerle iş birliği yapacak.
PACE Projesi Hibe Programı işletmelerin yeşil dönüşüm yoluyla daha sürdürülebilir hâle gelmesini de destekleyerek, sivil toplum kuruluşlarının iklim eylemine ve çevresel iyileştirmeye katkı sunmasına olanak sağlayacak. Bu çalışmalar, belediyelerin yeşil dönüşüm hedeflerine katkıda bulunarak yerelde sürdürülebilirliği destekleyecek.
Hibe desteği almaya hak kazanan kuruluşları kutluyor, çağrıya yoğun ilgi gösteren tüm başvuru sahiplerine teşekkür ediyoruz.
Hibe sürecine ilişkin duyuruları paylaşmaya devam edeceğiz.

First Group Selected to Receive Grant Funding through the PACE Project’s Call for Proposals

The first projects selected to receive grant funding through the Call for Proposals launched by the Participatory, Inclusive and Green Recovery for Local Public Services in Earthquake-Affected Regions (PACE) Project were announced on 22 November 2026. The Call for Proposals aims to support local recovery and long-term resilience in the 11 provinces affected by the 6 February earthquakes.
The Grant Programme aims to support the implementation of activities that strengthen and complement local public services in earthquake-affected regions. Through the programme, supported civil society organisations (CSOs) and business support organisations (BSOs) will collaborate with local authorities to address the needs of earthquake-affected communities, implement activities that complement local public services, and improve access to services for vulnerable groups.
The PACE Project’s Grant Programme will also support businesses in becoming more sustainable through green transition, while enabling civil society organisations to contribute to climate action and environmental recovery. These activities will contribute to municipalities’ green transition objectives and support sustainability at the local level.
We congratulate the organisations selected to receive grant funding and thank all applicants for their strong interest in the Call for Proposals.
We will continue to share updates on the grant process.
The Participatory, Inclusive and Green Recovery for Local Public Services in the Earthquake-Affected Region (PACE) Project is co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). It is coordinated by the Directorate for EU Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye as the main beneficiary institution and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
